Saban Capital Group Promotes Fred Gluckman to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Los Angeles, CA (January 28, 2016)– Saban Capital Group, Inc. (“SCG”), the private investment firm specializing in the media, entertainment and communications industry, today announced the promotion of Fred Gluckman to Executive Vice President, in addition to continuing as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Gluckman, who has been with SCG since February 2003, will continue to lead SCG’s financial affairs including accounting and tax structuring, diligence and reporting of the company’s public and private investments. Additionally, Gluckman will continue to oversee the Human Resources and IT functions of the company. With this promotion, Gluckman will also expand his duties in supporting SCG’s portfolio companies.

Prior to working for SCG, Gluckman served as a Senior Manager for Deloitte, advising clients in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East on international and domestic tax matters.

Gluckman received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Wharton Business School.
